1.Make sure that your USB flash drive is formatted to FAT32 and not NTFS and that it has no other plf file.
The procedure to format a USB flash drive to FAT32 depends on your operating system. Usually, you have to right-click on your USB flash drive.
2.Answer the above question about the logo displayed on your Parrot ASTEROID Smart.
3.Click on your flag to download the corresponding update file. The .plf file is the update file you have to install on your Parrot ASTEROID Smart. It is important not to confuse it with a .pdf file opening in Adobe Reader.
4.
Move the update file to the root of your USB Flash drive. Do not place the update file in any directory.
Plug the USB Flash drive to the Parrot ASTEROID Smart.
5.Turn on the Parrot ASTEROID Smart.
6.Please disconnect all Apple devices (iPod, iPhone, iPad) before installing the update file on your Parrot ASTEROID Smart.
7.Select Settings > About > Update product > Update by USB Flash drive.
8.Press Ok to confirm.
> The screen of the Parrot ASTEROID Smart turns black and the software update installation starts.
