Macro keys

Hey guy's,

Im new with rapoo and i totally dont know how to use it.. Ive downoaded the rapoo driver and looked in to some thing and before i did siomething that the color changed every time i press a button but i dont knowhow to do that and i see that you can use macro keys? can someone explane me this 2 things that would bbe great! thanks in advance!
