Vorig jaar heb ik een Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime gekocht vanuit de Gearbest EU warehouse. Ik heb voor dit laatste 25 euro extra betaald.
Nu ervaar ik problemen met een te losse micro usb poort, telkens uitvallende / herstartende telefoon en een volume knop die niet meer werkt.
Ik heb de telefoon aangemeld bij gearbest, ze schermen met 45 dagen policy en dat ik de telefoon op hun voorwaarden naar china mag sturen (met erg lange reparatietijden) of 30 USD terug mag krijgen. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik 15% van de aanschafwaarde (196 USD) een belediging vind.
