New laptop

So i am going to a new school next year and i already started looking for a laptop so that i can find a cheap one. The school gave me some specifics that my laptop must have. It is a school where you teach programming.

What i NEED on my laptop:
-i5 processsor
-1TB memory
-Windows 8 or higher
-at least 2 USB ports
-Wifi connection

I already looked for some laptops on some sites and i found some really cheap one that looked ok here:

But i'd rather buy it at a known site or something because i dont wan't to be scammed.

Can you please help me make a descision? Thanks already
