DS216 Play - External device USB Disk 1 was not ejected prop

Sinds de laatste update (DSM 6.0.1-7393) van DSM heb ik een probleem met mijn Synology DS216Play. Ten behoeve van backup is een USB-disk aangesloten waar regelmatig naartoe geschreven wordt. Helaas heeft die laatste update een probleem meegebracht, ik krijg om de paar minuten de foutcode "The external device [USB Disk 1] was not ejected properly. You should eject the device before unplugging it or turning it off.". Zo vaak, dat ik een ticket bij Synology heb aangemaakt. Helaas wil Synology het alleen oplossen als ik mijn DS aan het internet hang en een admin account met password aan hun opstuur, zodat ze remote iets kunnen doen. Nou ben ik goed van vertrouwen, maar om al mijn foto's, muziek en werkbestanden openzetten voor een bedrijf in Taiwan...
Heeft iemand van jullie dezelfde ervaring? Zouden jullie wel het account openstellen aan Synology?

Wat kun je doen met de ingebouwde software van nas, schijf koppelen, schijf controleren, etc.

Hoe is je schijf geformatteert? fat32/ntfs?
Als je nas linux is, en dat is het denk, dan is ext4 een betere file systeem, dan kan je nas ook zelf repareren, misschien kan je nas geen ntfs of fat32 repareren.

Sluit je externe schijf eens aan een windows pc, en koppel en ontkoppel 2x de hd, wel altijd eerst via software ontkoppelen(dit laatste moet altijd).

Helaas ligt het niet aan de schijf. Maar is het de software van Synology. Het probleem is ontstaan na een update van de laatste firmware.

Ik heb een check gedaan op een Windows PC en daar zie ik geen problemen met de externe schijf. Netjes ejected en geen fouten.
