ESXi: Failed to start the virtual machine.

Probeer net een snapshot te maken van mijn Windows VM binnen ESXi 6 U2. Bij het heropstarten krijg ik dit (zie onder). Snapshot dan maar verwijderen?! Nee, werkt ook niet. En die pad-naam klopt gewoon, en de files zijn er ook gewoon. Wat kan ik hier nog proberen?
