Hi Tweakers,

Ik heb weinig verstand van Laptops e.d.. Dus mijn vraag kan dom overkomen. Ik heb nu een maand een laptop in gebruik die ik bij coolblue heb gekocht. Het gaat om deze laptop> http://www.laptopshop.nl/...r-aspire-e5-573-35bh.html

Het bevreemdt mij dat iedereen het heeft over een stille laptop, terwijl die van mij continue ratelt, Nu heb ik een intel diagnostic test laten uitvoeren en dit kwam er uit:

Iets met de CPU Frequency, kun je alles wat in dat rode vak staat misschien hierzo neer gooien?

Hoewel dit de 'fail' wellicht oplost lost dit het hardwarematige ratelen niet op lijkt me.

Het lijkt mij vrij duidelijk: een ratelend geluid van een ventilator en een processor die daardoor te heet wordt en zichzelf terug moet klokken. Als ik jou was zou ik de laptop RMA aanvragen, Coolbue is daar altijd heel coulant in

Als je de laptop even op zijn kant zet dan kun je goed horen waar het geratel vandaan komt. Er zit namelijk een rooster in je laptop waar de ventilator achter zit. Zo kun je goed horen waar het vandaan komt.

Het zou ook nog je harde schijf kunnen zijn maar dan zou je cpu test niet mogen falen.
