(I would like to apologise for making this post in English as I am afraid that my knowledge of Dutch might not be sufficient to clearly explain the situation).
I would like to report user [Verwijderde gebruiker] for V&A behavior that I personally find a little bit offensive.
V&A aangeboden: Dell E7250 I5-5300U/256GB SSD/8GB
He listed a laptop in a 7-day auction, which I won with a bid of 485€. After the end of an auction, I sent a request as to where and when I can pick it up, to which he replied that I have to pay 600€ if I want the laptop. I told that this is not what I signed up for and that if he was not ready to sell the laptop below 600€, he should have set a higher starting price at the auction. His next reply was (quote): "550 is THE last price. I have one person hè want to pay 500". So not only is he not willing to stick to the auction end price, he is also trying to make me pay a 50€ premium over his secret bidder.
I re-read the marketplace rules and I didn't see any info on whether buying / selling via auctions actually obliges the parties to complete the transaction. So, if possible, I would like to receive some feedback or clarification of the marketplace mods on my situation.
