Hoi Tweakers,

Ik probeer met een lubuntu live usb verbinding te maken met mijn zfsguru nas. Onder windows kan ik hiermee prima verbinden. Echter lubuntu blijft vragen om gebruikersnaam + wachtwoord, ik krijg geen feedback dat het foute credentials zijn.

Op internet zijn er verschillende mensen die dit probleem ook hebben, echter worden daar nauwelijks oplossingen geboden, die tevens niet werken. Ook zijn dit vaak al topics van meerdere jaren oud.

Is er iemand die hier ervaring mee heeft?

Zoek een op keyring en hoe jij dit ingesteld hebt, want daa wordt dacht ik de wachtwoorden ingesteld.
Zelf heb ik de keyring wachtwoord leeg gelaten, en wachtwoorden worden onthouden.

Zou nog kunnen zijn dat het aan je software die je gebruikt met lubuntu, probeer andere verkenner software.

Waarschijnlijk is er een mismatch tussen domein of geen domein, en anders het SMB protocol level dat ondersteund moet worden.

Het eerste wat je natuurlijk doet, is de logs van de server bekijken om te zien wat er nou mis gaat. Zonder die foutmeldingen ren je als een kip zonder kop rond en ga je natuurlijk nooit een oplossing vinden.

ik heb de foutmeldingen gegoogled maar dit bied weinig resultaat en helaas ook niet de oplossing.

Als ik wel mijn wachtwoord invul krijg ik de volgende error message te zien:

Tijdens het zoeken naar de LANMAN error kwam ik wat dingen tegen die ik toegevoegd heb aan het config file, echter bied dit ook geen resultaat. En daarbij schijnt het een minder veilig protocol te zijn en gebruik ik dit dus liever niet.

Deze betekent, logins met foutive wachwoorden worden als guest login gezien en gemapped aan het guest account.

Is dat wel wat jerry-c wil? Ik zou eens beginnen met enkel security = user en zien of het dan wel werkt (security = share is deprecated in Samba 3, removed in 4).

Blijft een vreemde error, gezien hij volgens de Samba server config lanman auth helemaal niet enabled heeft. Alternatief: expliciet lanman auth = no toevoegen?

Ontzettend bedankt! Wel bijzonder dat de webinterface van zfsguru hier geen mogelijkheid voor bied.
edit: dat is er dus wel, alleen je moet wel weten wat je doet natuurlijk :) .
