Bluetooth-instellingen in Windows 10 "verdwenen"

Sinds de upgrade van W7 naar W10 kan ik de bluetooth instellingen niet meer vinden, in apparaatbeheer vind ik tevens ook geen interne bluetooth adapter meer terug.
Het koppelen via Bluetooth van een HP Officejet 100 Mobile is niet meer mogelijk.
Nochtans is de interne bluetooth ontvanger van mijn Dell Vostro niet defect gezien de bluetooth muis wel werkt. Iemand een oplossing?

Welke Bluetooth adapter heb je? Ik had zelf ook problemen met de adapter en de applicatie. Na enig zoeken omdat ik een Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth adapter heb kwam ik op een forum een oplossing tegen om de Dell Wireless 380 Bluetooth Driver applicatie te downloaden en te installeren. Ik heb helaas de driver update niet kunnen installeren. Eerst kreeg ik de foutmelding dat ik de vorige versie moet verwijderen, nadien een andere foutmelding. (zie hieronder)

Een Dell Vostro bestaat niet; daar hoort minstens een type-nummer bij zoals te vinden op http://www.dell.com/suppo...ts/laptop/vostro_notebook Verder mis ik een beetje wat Dell zelf heeft gezegd over deze driver of waarom ze je niet hebben kunnen helpen; neem toch aan dat je de helpdesk al gebeld had?

Mijn toestel is een Dell Vostro 3700 uit 2010.
Volgens de website van Dell wordt er geen support gegeven voor Windows 10 op deze laptop.
Niettemin heb ik, behalve de interne bluetooth adapter, geen problemen ondervonden.
Intussen lukt het om met een bluetooth USB adapter mijn mobiele printer aan te sturen.
Mijn probleem is hiermee dus verholpen.
