Computer component advice needed

I'm looking for advice for my computer.
I still need some parts for my computer and I wanted to ask you guys for advice because i know too little about these parts. I want to change my cpu for an even cheaper one because I think this one is a bit overkill (I dont really care too much about my cpu). I would really like some feedback.

The parts I need: Power supply, Motherboard
The max it all together can cost: 600-700 Eur. (600 is what i would like most )
