ik heb kort geleden een hdd van een tweaker over genomen, een spinpoint 640gb 7200rpm schijfje en die zit nu in m'n laptop.
Het viel me eigenlijk wel op dat de laptop vrij traag aanvoelde, trager dan m'n vorige laptop. Heb nu een Thinkpad T410 en hiervoor een Q210 samsung maar aangezien de T410 toch behoorlijk nieuwer is, zou ik toch verwachten dat de T410 sneller aan zou moeten voelen, zeker gezien de specs en het feit dat er een schone install op staat.
In het begin dacht ik dat het kwam omdat windows 7 (fresh install) een belachelijke hoeveelheid updates aan het doen was. Daar is hij volgens mij wel doorheen inmiddels maar vooral het laden vanaf het moment van inloggen op windows duurt mijn inziens vrij lang.
Toen kwam ik op het lumineuze idee om eens de SMART waarden te bekijken met crystaldiskinfo.
Die geeft een caution C5 reallocated sectors count: 3
Ik ga er even van uit (hoewel ik er geen verstand van heb) dat dat betekend dat er 3 sectoren slecht zijn?
De power on count is: 816
De power on hours: 987
Ik weet niet of het gezien de levensduur dan een logische fout is? Voordat ik hier postte heb ik zoals het een goed tweaker betaamd even op Google gekeken en lees wisselende verhalen. De een zegt, maak je geen zorgen, logisch voor een schijf die wat ouder is terwijl de ander roept dat het het begin is van het einde voor de hdd.
Wat is verstandig om te doen in deze? Moet ik me zorgen maken?
