Hello people,

I am a aeronautical engineering student and i have got an assignment during my internship. And I would like to check if i am going the right way.
The assignment is measuring the signal strength of a few radio frequenties while at the same time recording the location of the measurement.

My idea is using a raspberry pi to collect and save the data and transferring it to a computer via bluetooth. These measurements should be in a kind of loop, because every second a measurement has to be performed.

I am familiar with Arduino, but saving/transferring data will be more difficult on an Arduino! Is this at all possible with an Raspberry?? Or is the Raspberry pi not able to perform a standard loop every time the power switches on?

I would like to hear your thoughts!

Kind regards,
Stefan

Welcome to Gathering of Tweakers Stefan!

This is a Dutch-language forum. Not because the users can't understand anything else, but because we expect you to search for earlier threads on a topic before you post your own. That is impossible - by definition - if you can't read Dutch. In that case I'd recommend great forums on www.anandtech.com and www.tomshardware.com, which offer you pretty much everything you find here, but in English.

As this topic doesn't fit our policy, I'm afraid I'll have to lock it.

Oslik blyat! Oslik!
