Looking for help with Drobo FS

Hello - Apologies for posting in English, but I though it would be better than google translate. I live in Amsterdam, I have a drobo FS NAS which recently stopped working. It's both a software and a hardware problem, essentially there are a few bad blocks that prevent the drives from being mounted.
