[Vista] Laptop wordt traag*

Sinds een aantal weken merk ik dat mijn Laptop enorm vertraagt is. (Een pagina laden op tweakers duurt enkel seconden, een filmpje laden meer dan 5 minuten) .

Wat heb ik reeds gedaan :
Microsoft Security Essentials full scan
Spybor Search and destroy
Malwarebytes Anti malware
CCleaner

Nu heb ik een analyse uitgevoerd met HijackThis.

Iemand ervaring met dit programma ? Om te zien welke onnodige processen mogelijks op de achtergrond aan het runnen zijn ?
Wat me ook opvalt is dat het CPU gebruik bij niet gebruik zakt naar minder dan 4% maar wanneer ik de muis beweeg stijgt dit al naar rond de 20 % (lijkt me toch veel ?)
Fysiek geheugen staat op 65% (met enkel de browser open)

Scan voor de zekerheid eens met Hitman Pro, Adwclener, Super Antispyware en TDSS Killer.

Ervaar je enkel traagheid bij het laden van filmpjes? Hoe verbindt je laptop met modem of router? Kun je vertellen wat voor verbinding dat je hebt?

Ik heb een scan uitgevoerd met Hitman Pro en alle werkt terug zoals het hoort te zijn.

Long shot. Als het een heel oud beestje is met een IDE hard drive dan zou je harde schijf in een trage overdrachtsmodus (PIO) kunnen staan: http://www.makeuseof.com/...-to-boost-computer-speed/ . Als deze truc niet werkt kun je ook het betreffende IDE kanaal deinstalleren en je computer opnieuw opstarten. Die zal dan het IDE kanaal en de harde schijven en CD/DVD spelers opnieuw installeren; dat vraagt een tweede reboot.
