Acronis2012 herinstallatie lukt niet na install 2015versie

Ik had acronis2012 en probeerde een tib naar vhd om te zetten via tools menu in acronis2012.
Toen kreeg ik foutmelding niet gelukt!
Op advies van acronis moest ik trial 2015 installeren en daar zou het wel lukken?!

Ik acronis2015 geïnstalleerd en die optie van tib naar vhd bestaat niet meer in de 2015versie!!!

Dus ik boos!

Probeer ik met uninstaller acronis2015 te verwijderen geeft ie ook foutmelding!! kan niet verwijderen.

Met windows uninstaller geprobeerd maar verwijderd alleen uit lijst!

Met verkenner in veilige modes geprobeerd te verwijderen maar er blijven drie onzichtbare bestanden hardnekkig staan!!! in de acronis2015 dir.

Deviprasad: Since Acronis True Image 2012 is now an obsolete product and we won't be able to investigate on the issue regarding the failure of conversion.
You: it says that this type is not supported?! it a tib!
Deviprasad: I would suggest you to perform the recovery using Acronis Bootable Media created with Acronis True Image 2015.
Deviprasad: You can download the trial version of Acronis True Image 2015 and create Acronis Bootable Media and perform the recovery using it.

Nu kan ik helemaal niets terugzetten omdat ik geen versie van acronis kan installeren en ik heb alleen tib's
Ook de opstartbare dvd geeft foutmedling zowel 2012 als 2015!! Echte prutsers bij acronis!!!

Ik ga weer zeuren bij de chat van acrronis, wellicht hebben jullie ideeen om die 2015versie uit mijn systeem te krijgen zodat ik 2012 kan installeren?

Ik heb systeemherstel gedaan en 2012 opnieuw geïnstalleerd.
Maar volgend probleem hij herkend de oude tib niet! en zet ze niet in de herstelmenu...:(

Mooi dat het toch gelukt is.

Hoop dat je inmiddels wel door heb dat je back-up strategie niet bepaald waterdicht is.

Misschien wat tips voor de toekomst (voor het geval je nog een keer dit topic bekijkt) :

Gebruik je zelf gemaakte bootable acronis cd, of download deze via je acronis account.
Windows opnieuw installeren en activeren (Maak een back-up met de bootable cd)
Doe de upgrade naar Windows 7 ultimate en activeer (Maak een back-up met de bootable cd).
Installeer je virus scanner en scan je computer.
Installeer alle beschikbare updates via Windows update (Maak een backup met de bootable cd).
Installeer je programma's (Maak een backup met de bootable cd).
Gebruik je veel programma's maak halverwege ook een back-up.

Hierna kan je indien gewenst het acronis programma gebruiken.

Niet onbelangrijk bewaar deze back-up's !!!
Zo kan je altijd makkelijk terug naar een gewenste punt en een "schone" back-up.
