mild overclock gtx980 msi 4gb gaming

Hey guys, about a week ago i bought the MSI gtx980 4g gaming and i overclocked it but want to know if i did it right. I used Gpu tweak from asus.
These are my settings

Gpu boost clock 1350
Max voltage 1188
Memory clock 7500
power target 100
gpu temp target 80
fan speed auto

I'm asking this because i don't want my card to die or something.

max temp was 65 degrees
gpu usage was around 96-99
voltage was max 1206
fan duty was 54 max
gpu clock was steady at 1405
memory clock was steady at 7492

runs smooth but when i looked after 1 hour of heaven the only thing i noticed was like 3 times 102/103 procent power target.....

Is there something wrong?
