MDADM Raid 6 probleem (vicieuze cickel?)

Ik heb 6 harde schijven (sda->sdf) in raid6 draaien.
Nu is er een goeie week geleden één hd (sdd) uit de raid gegooid wegens "faulty spare"

Ik add deze hd dan terug door:
sudo mdadm /dev/md0 -a /dev/sdd

Dit lukt zonder probleem, en nadat de sync is afgelopen is de drive geadd en in status "active sync".
Echter in tussentijd is een andere (sdf) ook uit de raid gegooid.
Dus ik add deze ook terug:
sudo mdadm /dev/md0 -a /dev/sdf

Dit lukt wederom zonder probleem, en nadat de sync is afgelopen is de drive geadd en in status "active sync".
Echter is in tussentijd weer de sdd uit de raid gegood, dus ik add deze wederom, waarna na de sync, sdf weer eruit is gegooid.
Dan add ik sdf wederom, waarna sdd eruit wordt gegooid, en zo verder...

Zijn de hd stuk? Zou me toch vreemd lijken, omdat de sync van de individuele disk(en) zonder problemen lukt.

Hierbij mij smart data na dit te doen: sudo smartctl -t short /dev/sdX

Kun je nog bij je data? Ik zou beginnen met het veilig stellen alvorens verder te experimenteren.

Je weet nooit. Hij lijkt goed in de war ja. Die disk eruit knikkeren en los testen ?

Je hebt ook een hoge UDMA_CRC_Error_Count op /dev/sdd, wat eerder een kabel probleem dan een disc probleem lijkt. Zijn al je kabels wel ok?
