Ik zit met een probleem in mijn netwerk. Op de sites van microsoft is niks te vinden en andere fora hebben ook geen nuttige informatie. Het probleem luid als volgt in het engels want in het nederlands heb ik geen idee hoe ik het duidelijk kan verwoorden:
Some users (not all of them, haven't found a common denominator yet) report that they don't see new mails in their Outlook 2010 box, even though they got the envelope notifier.
When they change folder and back to the Inbox the new mail is suddenly visible.
Same sort of "delay" happens when users mark a message for follow-up or try to change a message from unread to read.
Als er iemand is met een oplossing hoor ik het heel graag. Sommige collegas zeuren met de oren van m'n kop voor een fix.
