Door aanhalingstekens te gebruiken in de titel lijkt het alsof dit direct gezegd wordt. Ook is dit de algemene boodschap in het nieuwsbericht zelf.
Echter, de bron zegt dit helemaal niet. Wat ik lees is dat Scandinavië uitgesteld is tot 3e kwartaal 2014, en dat er voor de andere landen nog weinig bekend is.
