P3-600E@800MHz , intermittant stop errors

My System setup
P3-600E@800MHz cB0 Stepping 133MHz FSB 1.80Vcore
MSI6119 440BX Mainboard
1x128MB 100 PC RAM
37Gb HDD
5X Pioneer DVDROM
Creative Annihilator Pro using 5.22 drivers
SBLive! liveware for Win2k
3C905 Etherlink 10/100
Win2K Pro

I can't seem to get my P3-600 fully stable on 800MHZ , although I'm 100% sure it should be possible.
I can have my system run for 24 hours , no problem. From the moment I start to use it heavily , with many applications open or start playing some quake I get sometimes STOP ERRORS in Win2K. It's a clean install of Win2k , with the latest Detonator Drivers.
The crashes seem to arrive after 10min to 2 hours.
Everything works fine at 627 (112MHz FSB) , but as soon as I bump it up to 800 I get those stop errors. The CPU Temp is fine , it stays around 35Degrees.

I borrowed a PC133 128MB DIMM from a friend of mine and with that I get even more frequent stop errors in win2000 than with my PC100 128MB DIMM.

I must say my motherboard is kind of outdated. It doesn't even have an option to change the AGP or PCI Clock divider in the bios and I had to chance the CPU Vcore via my Abit SlotKET !!!.

I'm looking for any suggestions of what might be the cause to these continuous stop errors.

set memory cas to 3 instead of 2 wich I think you're using, if it doesn't work your processor just isn't stable enough

try a little more power on the proc. make sure the proc doesnt get too hot

I think the Creative Annihilator doesn't like 112MHz, since you don't have dividers on board...
