nieuws: Canonical laat cd-images definitief vallen in Ubuntu 12.10-release

Canonical heeft besloten om de maximale image-grootte met ingang van de Ubuntu 12.10-release te vergroten van 700MB naar 800MB. Daarmee past de iso-image van de populaire Linux-distributie niet langer op een cd-recordable.

Bij mijn weten bestaan er nog steeds 800MB cd's hoor

Niet op een standaard cd-r maar wel op een highh capacity cd-r inderdaad. Ik denk dat dat de reden okk is van "maar" 100mb groter. Waarom reageer je niet in het artikel?
