Choose Cooling Fan

Hello,

I want to buy a new PC. I have selected a number of items that i want. But i am not sure about the cooling fan i want on my motherboard and if it fits in the case and on the motherboard.

This is my setup that i want:

Processor: Intel Core I7 3820
Motherboard: MB X79 Intel DX79SI Box
Case: Antec Nine Hundred Two V3
Graphic Card: Asus GeForce GTX560 Ti DCII Top, 1GB
Ram: Corsair Vengeance ,1600-16GB KIT
SSD: 120 GB SATA Corsair Force3 SSD
Power: not yet sure but an option would be 800Watt Corsair GS800 Gaming Series Netzteil

I was in doubt between scythe katana 4 (productreview: Scythe Katana 4 review door dmvdberg)
and scythe mugen 3 (productreview: Scythe Mugen 3 review door dmvdberg)

The mugen 3 has a lot of good comments but it look so large and heavy.

I have experience with building pc but never ordered a whole pc by my self so please give me some advice???
And if there is something else that is wrong let me know
