Maar verderop:

Qualcomm stated in a note to us that the initial Windows Phone 8 devices will use a Snapdragon S4 Plus SoC.

In die zin moet de titel juist zijn: eerste WP8 telefoons gaan S4 plus SoC gebruiken.

Daarna zullen de WP8 phones gewoon meegaan met de ontwikkelingen bij Qualcomm en nieuwere chips krijgen.
