If your product was not purchased directly from Crucial, you will need to direct your inquiries to the original vendor. If that vendor is no longer in business, 30 days have passed from the original purchase date, or you received the product as a gift or with your PC, we will proceed with your exchange request.
Please choose one of the following exchange methods:
- Cross-ship Exchange: Crucial will ship your new product if you agree to have the new purchase charged to your credit card (if applicable) at the time of shipment. When Crucial receives the returned product, we will issue you a credit within 7-10 days. Please call us at (800) 336-8896 to provide your credit card information.
- Wait-to-Receive Exchange: No charges or credits are made; Crucial ships your new product after we receive your return. This method takes a little longer due to the shipping time. (Please note that current pricing for the replacement product must exactly match the pricing of your original purchase. If the pricing has changed since your original order, we can set up your exchange on cross-ship terms.)

- Full CT / BL part number
- 5 or 6 digit material number
- Quantity
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
