BSOD Win 7

Hoi,

Ik heb sinds ongeveer een week problemen met Windows 7. Na de installatie van de nieuwste ATI drivers kreeg ik de befaamde BSOD (melding Kernel data inpage error). Uiteraard heb ik oudere drivers geprobeerd maar dit mocht de pret niet drukken. Ik kreeg wel enkele meldingen dat de beeldschermadapter niet stabiel was. Maar die kreeg ik later niet meer. Dit kwam ook niet terug in de probleem oplosser van WIN 7.
Aangezien ik 64 bit gebruikte dacht dat het misschien hier aan zou kunnen liggen. Na het installeren van 32 bit heb ik helaas nog steeds dezelfde problemen.
Hebben jullie enig idee wat dit zo kunnen zijn? Heb ik nieuwe videokaart nodig?

Welke videokaart heb je in je systeem (b.v. Sapphire 4890 Vapor-X)?
Heb je de drivers die je eerder al geinstalleerd hebt verwijwderd via drivercleaner?

Hoi,

Er zit een ATI Radeon HD 5760 in. Update ging automatisch via AMD catalyst. ging voorheen altijd goed echter na de laatste keer ging het fout. Ook nadat ik een nieuwe install wan win 7 (zowel 32 als 64 bit) blijft crashen. Ik denk dat het de videokaart is maar ik wil het graag uitsluiten.

Die luxe heb ik helaas niet op dit moment... Zijn er nog test om het een en ander uit te sluiten?

Heb je na een verse installatie de oude drivers of de nieuwe geinstalleerd? En zonder drivers voor je videokaart geinstalleerd te hebben op een verse installatie, krijg je dan ook die BSODs?

na de verse installatie heb de oude geinstalleerd eerst via AMD. Later via de bijgeleverde disk (dus behoorlijk oud) maar dat maakte niet uit.
Zonder drivers heb ik nog niet geprobeerd. Dat ga ik nog proberen. Zou het dan toch een hardware issue zijn?

Gezocht via Google/Microsoft etc? Ik zie erg veel referenties naar opslag, dus die een keer scannen? via HDTune of nog beter scan programma van Western Digital.

Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.

I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Windows 7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Windows 7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Windows 7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

Please uninstall all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
Then, download and install a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Uninstall". Reboot for changes to take affect.

Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

STOP 0x7A specifically refers to a problem with a missing Service Pack ( BSOD Index )
The c000009d parameter means DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED
And the memory dump suggests that there might be a hardware problem with the hard drive.
Just to be sure, please run this free hard drive diagnostic: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

Microsoft Security Essentials dynamic driver showed up in the memory dump. I'd suggest:
- downloading a fresh copy
- uninstalling the current copy
- installing the freshly downloaded copy and IMMEDIATELY updating it
- perform a full system scan.

Hoi,

Het blijkt de WLAN usb stick te zijn. WIN 7 gaat hier toch niet zo goed mee om. Alles draait nu weer stabiel.
