Beste mensen ik heb het volgende probleem ook op: http://www.facebookforum....00-internal-server-error/ geplaatst.
Dit is mijn probleem:
Hi people,
I have huge trouble trying to login on facebook with both PC on Lan and notebook on wifi.
And when we can login at facebook it will only be okay for a few minutes and then by simple going to an other page in facebook after a vew minutes it just gives my the white screen again. Some times it stays good for like 30 minutes and then the same problem occures.
When we try to go to "http://www.facebook.com/" the following happens:
Mozilla just gives a blank white screen
Google gives a server error
Opera also gives a server error
and Internet Explorer displays a HTTP 500 error (internal server error)
Both notebook and PC are running on windows 7.
PC = windows 7 64bit ultimate edition (16GB DDR3 memory)
notebook = windows 7 64bit home premium edition (4GB memory)
both are using norton anti virus 2010 and firewall by windows.
This is what i've trierd to solve the problem (but still was unable to solve it):
Software:
Deleting temp internet files
Deleting cookies
Using only one internet browser (because facebook remembers the browser settings)
When i could login at facebook trierd to change the settings at secure browsing (https), checked and uncheced didn't make any difference.
deleting java temp files at java consol.
change the DNS in network consol to the google DNS wich are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
on internet explorer tried to uncheck "display userfriendly HTTP error messeges"
Hardware:
tried to change the wifi channel acces with the notebook. (My PC is on LAN and not at all connected with wifi)
tried to make a direct connection with the modem without the router.
When i can't login i ask some of my friends i thay experience the same thing and they aren't.
i can only acces facebook for a few minutes when i do the following:
turn off the PC and notebook.
turn off the router.
turn off the modem.
turn on the PC without an internet connection and then when fully booted turn it off again.
then connect the modum with the PC with or without the router. turn on the modem when fully booted i turn on my PC.
(if i uses the router i first turn on the modem, when fully booted then i turn on the router and after thats fully booted i turn on my PC)
Only after that i'm able to connect with facebook for a few minutes before the some problem occurs.
My neighbor is experiencing the samething with a newly installed windows 7 64bit home premium with 4 Gb DDR3 memory.
Tried all the above things on hre network. still having the same problems.
When we both try using the not protected wifi connection of an other neighbor we both still experience the samething.
only thing i haven't tried yet and what i'm just thinking of right now is using a proxy server.
also one thing i didn't do is reseting the router...but doesn't make sense to me because i'm having the same problems when i'm directly connected with the modem (with out using the router).
another thing i will try is booting windows in save mode with internet connection and then see what happens.
So is there any one they may know the awnser to this huge problem?!!!
