Volgens mij is dit stukje informatie onjuist. De E3-1220 is een single socket processor nl.
Ik vermoed dat -mits de T620 een dual socket apparaat wordt- het gaat om een 1356 dual socket machine voor E5-24xx, danwel een 2011 dual socket voor de E5-26xx.

(Ik moest ook 2x lezen)
"The T110 II can be equipped with dual-core Celeron G530 or quad-core Xeon E3-1220 processors (found in the Sandy Bridge family, launched this time last year) ", waarbij de T110 II als single socket beestje wordt genoemd.
Denk dat de T620 dan uitsluitend met E5-2xxx procs verkrijgbaar wordt, omdat al het Sandy Bridge Xeon spul daaronder single socket is. Maar we zijn inmiddels dik 2 dagen verder en het lijkt verder niemand op te vallen, dus enorm van belang is 't allemaal niet.
