Uit de context van het artikel blijkt duidelijk dat het om 19nm en een tikfout gaat, en niet om 9nm. Toch is dit een in feite inhoudelijke fout, en die zien we in principe graag in een apart topic. Slotje omdat het óók een tikfout is.
