Laat ik voorop stellen dat ik helemaal nieuw ben met programmeren. En ik heb een aantal programma's geinstalleerd, conTEXT, JCreator en nu Eclipse, maar ze doen het niet.
Ik heb van de sun site jdk1.5.0_05 en jdk1.7.0 geinstalleerd (onder C:\Program Files\Java\), Eclipse opgestart en netje de instructies gevolgt van de BalusC site voor een helloworld programma, maar hij wilt java niet draaien.
Hij lijkt wel java te herkennen, al pakttie zelf de folder C:\Program Files\Java\jre7, maar veranderen in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0 onder het kopjes "installed JRE's" veranderd niets.
In de console krijg ik:
Usage: javaw [-options] class [args...]

or javaw [-options] -jar jarfile [args...]
(to execute a jar file)
where options include:
-d32 use a 32-bit data model if available
-d64 use a 64-bit data model if available
