[Ipod] touch v4 camera werkt niet meer.

Hallo allemaal,
Sinds vandaag werkt mijn camera app niet meer. De sluiter opent niet. Ik heb hem al hersteld met itunes. De camera ap werkte weer maar op het moment dat ik hem switchte naar de front camera, hing de app weer en herhaalt het probleem zich. Iemand tips?

dit staat letterlijk in de OP:

kan je met een andere app wel de camera gebruiken (dus bijv. appie of barcode scanner) of doet hij het helemaal niet. als dit laatste het geval is denk ik dat de camera kapot is, ik zou in ieder geval even contact opnemen met apple.

1.If you do not see the Camera on any of your Home screens (you may have more than one), check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tapping Settings > General > Restrictions. If they are, set Allow Camera to ON or tap Disable Restrictions. You can also use the search function to find the Camera app.
2.Ensure that camera lens (the main lens or the front lens) is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the main camera lens or the display glass covering the front camera.
3.Third-party cases can interfere with the autofocus/exposure feature; try removing the case if you have image-quality issues with photos.
4. Try turning iPod touch (4th generation) off and then back on. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of the device for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
5.iPod touch (4th generation) camera has a fixed focus, so verify the picture is in focus before taking the photo. Moving toward or away from the object may help with focus.
6.You can tap the screen to set the exposure. This will help with picture clarity.
If the issue is with the main camera, try using the front camera to see if the issue persists, or try using the main camera if the issue is with the front camera.

Bedankt voor je reactie. Dit werkt helaas allemaal niet...
Ik heb alles geprobeerd wat jullie gezegt hebben behalve een andere app. Dit zal ik zo proberen. Bedankt allemaal voor het meedenken. Ik hou jullie op de hoogte

Als ik switch naar front camera, dan loopt hij daarop ook vast(met andere app)

Is ie gejailbreaked? anders ligt het probleem in je N81AP.plist file.

Nee, ik heb de originele software. Ik hoop dat het straks fixend is met ios5

Waarschijnlijk is je front camera kapot. Je hebt 2 opties:
- iPod herstellen en alleen de rear camera gebruiken en nooit meer switchen naar de front camera (want dan lockt hij weer totdat je herstelt)
- Frontcamera vervangen (of dit onder garantie laten doen als je nog garantie hebt).
