Request help for choosing Power Supply

Hello everyone.
I just recently have chosen some computer compenents for my new custom built pc. But i don't know what power supply i should buy. Everyone i ask keeps saying the opposite.
These are my specs:
- MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II/OC
- Intel® Core™ i5-2500
- LiteOn IHAS124
- Antec TriCool 120mm
- ASUS P8H61-M -=Rev.3.0=-
- Kingston ValueRAM 4 GB DDR3-1333

Please tell me what power supply i should take and the ammount of watt.
And if you have any other tips please tell me.

you need to sum the wattage and amperage used by all different components and make sure you leave some head room just to be sure and for future components. Note that amperage can differ per rail.
