I am looking for a powerful 11.6" laptop with i5 or higher in NL(QWERTY), I am unable to find.
Do you have any further suggestions? Do I have any chance?

It needs to be 11.6". there are plenty choices outside of Europe, it is pitty that we don't have so much in Europe.

I don't know what your budget is, but on the German site of Lenovo, you can assemble some models yourself.
You can even choose for a US International (Qwerty) keyboard, so, that shouldn't be a problem...

I know they have an Ideapad U160 with i7um if I recall correctly, but unfortunatelly I've only spotted it at German web shops which don't give you the option of a Qwerty keyboard.

Btw, the difference in size between an 11.6" and a 12.1" isn't that big, but does increase your search area a lot...

Sony heeft bepaalde 11,6" Vaio's met een i5. De S- of de Y-serie.

Edit: afgaande op het Engels van de TS is het niet zijn moedertaal, ofwel maakt hij er enorm veel fouten in

As for your question, the only 11.6" laptops I could find with a current generation Intel Core i5 are these Apple's:

There is also a Lenovo notebook in that size with a i5 from the previous generation:
