[Vista SP1] Foutmelding tijdens installatie

Hallo,

Ik heb problemen met het installeren van windows vista service pack 1.
ik heb al verschillende dingen geprobeerd zoals het uninstal programma van norton en een installatie programma van windows maar ik krijg steeds dezelfde error code: 0x80070026

ik heb de installatie al in veilige modus geprobeerd maar dat werkte ook niet.
hoe check ik de windows service store?
