Spyware probleem, inc HJT log

Dag Tweakers!
Ben bezig om een laptop van een vriendin te fixen. Staat Win 7 op en heeft per ongeluk op een of ander msn linkje geklikt etcetc. Een en al de gebruikelijke popups/rotzooi/vastlopende bende inclusief de internet verbinding die naar de klote is.

Gedaan:
Spyware S&S gedraaid en alles verwijderd
Antimalware bytes gedraaid en alles verwijderd.

Status:
Alles lijkt weer te werken, behalve de internet verbinding. Wilde eigenlijk ook nog even Spyware doctor draaien, maar die moet databases van internet halen, wat dus (nog) niet werkt. Host files gecheckt, is helemaal schoon. Hoe dan internet te repareren?

Nu even een HJT logje gedraaid, ziet iemand hier nog afwijkende dingen op?

Wat dacht je twee keer maar doen ?

Internet Explorer 6X/ 7X / 8 X
Kijk anders eens bij je Internetinstellingen via : Extra -> Opties -> Connecties - >Lan instellingen -> en dan bij Proxy instellingen alles weghalen aan vinkjes.

Firefox
Gereedschappen - > opties -> netwerk -> instellingen -> geen proxy.

Het kan zijn dat zaken anders heten, maar ik gebruik hier VS versies en geen NL.

En Notepad.exe hoort in C:\\windows\system32, dus deze is 'Nasty'.


Mocht het niet lukken, herinstalleer gewoon windows zonder troep, is hij meteen een stuk sneller ook.

Hoe dan internet te repareren?

Waarschijnlijk 'TCP-Stack' kapot, lastig om te fixen. -> zie hierboven.

Je hebt gelijk, maar bij mijn 64bit Win7 verwijst de link naar het standaard kladblok echt naar notepad.exe in system32.
Maar in beide mappen staat dus notepad.exe, dat is helemaal waar.

Niet nasty dus.

Ik kan niet helemaal plaatsen of dit een wijzend vingertje is, of een thumbs up, maar krijg het gevoel dat het het eerste is. En imho onterecht.
Raad vraag je niet bij een bron. Wanneer je dat wel doet, met het idee "wanneer Tweakers het niet weet, weet niemand het ..." doe je jezelf enorm tekort, hoeveel kennis hier ook is, en hoe welwillend de (meeste) Tweakers zijn.

OT: Je kan sfc /scannow proberen in de commandprompt, onder admin rechten. Maar ik vrees net als de rest dat de schade onder de kap aanzienlijk is, en een schone installatie op je wacht. Draait de LT ook meteen weer als een zonnetje .
