[windows 7] problemen met het maken van internet connectie

Sinds kort heeft mijn laptop vaak problemen met het maken van een verbinding met internet. Er word aangegeven dat er verbinding is met het netwerk maar dat het netwerk onbekend is. Wel kan ik de andere computers op het netwerk vinden en mappen die ik gedeeld heb bekijken. Meestal doet internet het weer als ik de computer nogmaals opnieuw op start.

Een beetje meer informatie aub. Wat voor laptop (merk, model), wat voor netwerk (bedraad, draadloos), wat voor verbinding (kabel, adsl, wat voor modem, wat voor router). Post eens de output van

C:\>ipconfig /all

(Start > uitvoeren > cmd) als je wel en geen verbinding hebt. Firewall aanwezig? Welke?

probeer in iedergeval eens inplaats van je PC te herstarten. je netwerk te stopen/starten

IPv6 staat standaard aan op Windows 7, kan ook geen kwaad aangezien dual-stack draaien impliceert dat het een losstaat van het ander
