HTC sync with laptop

Please help me. I have lost all my contacts & agenda on my mobile HTC S170. Fortunately they are still on my laptop, but if I try to sync them from my laptop to my mobile this fails. How can I get my contacts/agenda from my laptop onto my mobile again? Do I have to remove the partnership? Can I adjust settings somewhere that make this possible?

Als je een nieuwe partnership maakt worden de items op je telefoon als het goed is vervangen. Voor de zekerheid kun je even een backup maken van de gegevens op je laptop.

Ik vervang regelmatig alle items op mijn telefoon (als Gmail weer eens een update heeft doorgevoerd).
