Netwerkkaarten met zowel WLAN als RJ45-ingang?

Bestaan er PCI-netwerkkaarten met zowel mogelijkheid voor draadloos als bedraad netwerk/internet?
Ik zou niet weten waar ik zou moeten zoeken.

Tja, mijn 2 videokaarten schermen meerdere PCI-sloten af, dus effectief heb ik maar 1 PCI-slot, en daar zit een WLAN-kaartje in, maar mijn onboard LAN is naar de haaien, dus...Bedankt iig.
