windows 7 ksuser.dll en geen geluid probleem

Hallo iedereen,

Nadat mijn geluid heel raar begon te doen (soms wel soms niet werkend).
(werkte gewoon perfect en ineens sinds kort heeft het geluid kuren).
Ik heb natuurlijk ook al gegoogled (sommige websites vermelden dat de Ksuser.dll error iets te maken had met directX (?)).
Heb ik een scan gedaan met sfc/scannow (gevonden met google mischien dat het enig succes had.) (zie hieronder voor log).
(ook kun je aan het eind van de log zien (

Het geluid werkt wel als ik een test doe met windows zelf (geluids configuratie), maar als ik naar youtube ga dan werkt het geluid weer niet.
Ook heb ik bij intro filmpjes van steam geen geluid, maar naderhand ingame weer wel

Ook heb ik een paar keer een error voorbij zien komen als ik bijv.

• Windows media player probeer op te starten.
• Dxdiag probeer uit te voeren (heel veel popups met de melding dat Ksuser.dll file corrupted is of niet geschikt is voor windows).

Maar ik krijg de laaste tijd vaak een error dat de Ksuser.dll file corrupted is of niet geschikt is voor windows.
Mischien dat dit gekomen is door geforceerde reboots (knopje op pc) , omdat ik ook het streepjes behang krijg bij een cold-boot.(?)

De opstart knop/herstart knop aan de voorkant van de kast bedoelde ik daarmee.
En de stroom gaat er alleen af als de PC niet meer gebruikt word en deze eerst is uitgezet natuurlijk.

Ik ga de checkdisk vanavond even proberen (was de naam ervan kwijt anders had ik deze al uitgevoert.)
En er is geen andere optie dan een harde restart vanwege de cold-boot "strepen-probleem" (zie videokaarten ati)
Dit is een probleem met de ati kaarten en je kan zodra de strepen er zien helemaal niets doen

Maar alvast bedankt en ik laat hier weten hoe het gaat.

Eventueel zou je eens kunnen proberen om windows opnieuw te installeren zodat je een keer helemaal opnieuw kunt beginnen. wellicht dat je dan ook meteen van je strepen af bent als je de laatste driver installeert.

Heeft niet gewerkt (en strepen probleem zal voorlopig niet gefixed kunnen worden (ati is aan het slacken...)).
Windows opnieuws installeren zou mischien kunnen maar zou natuurlijk helemaal niet mogen met een 2-3 weken windows...

Iemand een idee welke drivers ik moet hebben? ik heb een dx11 videokaart (videokaart drivers hielpen niet) en dx11 zie ik niet staan.
