Geluidsuitgang per programma instellen

Beste mede-tweakers,

Zit zo enkele dagen rond te browsen op internet en forum's te lezen maar kom er niet achter.
Mijn vriedin kijkt graag RTL gemist en ik speel graag een spelletje, nu wil ik per programma kunnen instellen welke geluidsuitgang gebruikt word.

HDMI / Optische / headset / usb

Zijn er bestaande programma's of software die dit kunnen regelenen ?

Ik werk met Win7 (legaal)

edit // Ik weet dat dit in sommige games ingesteld kan worden maar helaas niet in CoD: MW2 en e.a. die ik speel

Welk os? Ik weet bv dat je in vista per programma kan regelen hoe hoog het volume van dat programma staat, misschien kan je daar ook ergens instellen dat het op een andere bron moet afspelen.

Verder kunnen de meeste mediaspelers wel een andere output toegewezen krijgen in de instellingen van de software zelf. Hoe speelt die RTL gemist af? Want als je CoD niet kan instellen dan kan je misschien gewoon de standaard output instellen op wat je CoD wilt laten afspelen en dan de software om RTL gemist af te spelen aanpassen.

RTL Gemist gaat via FireFox of IE8

Het enige wat mogelijk is om in te stellen in de standaart bron om af te spelen en de standaart communicatie (headset voor skype) of af te spelen.

As you may noticed, great improvements have been made in Windows 7. Applications can realize Stream Routing via the new Core Audio APIs. Windows 7 has the ability to distinguish between communication devices and all other audio devices. It is now possible to have both a Default Communications Device that is separate from the Default Audio Device. The Default Communication Devices will be used for PC based communication like web chat or VOIP, and the Default Audio Device will be used for everything else. Stream switching enabled dynamic stream switching based on the default device. If the default audio device is disabled or unplugged, Windows automatically tries to determine the next default audio device and will dynamically redirect the audio to that new device.

For instance, if you would like to play the audio via headphone when using communication applications such as Windows Live Messenger, we can simply right click the volume icon in the system tray, click Playback Devices, right click the headphone listed and then choose Set as default Communications Device.

Also, based on my test, certain application such as Windows Media Player has a sound output option. To change the settings, please open Windows Media Player, click Tools, Options, click Devices tab, double click Speakers in the Devices list, pull down the Select the audio device and then choose the device you would like to play the music from Windows Media Player, click OK. We may play another song in the play list to take effect.

Dit is dus NIET wat ik bedoel, zoals mijn vorige post kun je er dan maar 2 instellen

1x mijn headset voor skype (communication) + 1x RTL gemist (standaart) betekend nogsteeds dat mijn game geluid te horen is voor mijn vriendin.

Kan je wat meer info geven? Jij en je vriendin zitten op dezelfde pc tegelijk iets te doen? Zij in een browser terwijl jij een spel op hebt staan?

RTL Gemist gaat via HDMI naar TV

Ik denk dat je in ieder geval meerdere geluidskaarten nodig hebt. Ik kan op mijn laptop bijvoorbeeld Winamp via de ingebouwde SoundMAX laten lopen en de rest via de in windows als standaard ingestelde USB geluidskaart.
