T-Mobile Pulse - harde reset needed via keys

I have a T-mobile pulse phone however, now it doesn't work anymore. (I've only had it for 2,5 weeks now... )

It started with that my phone gave me an Android error, which I couldn't pass. Then I tried to turn the phone on again and immediately got the Android error once it gave me the login screen to give in my passcode for my SIM card.
However, now it doesn't even pass the Android screen anymore.
Therefore I need to know how I can do a hard reset on my phone via the keys combination. I lost the cd rom that came with the phone.

does anybody have the key combination or else can anybody please advise me step by step how to solve this issue? i have downloaded once a zip file to get him booted again, but have no idea how to do what.
