Technical problems Cybook Gen3

We have the Cybook Gen3 for half a year now. We use it daily couple of hours. Now we have a technical problem with the power. If we turn it on, it is starting from scratch and turns off again. It starts with the first settings from the factory.

Is anybody familiar with this problem?
