WM problemen Email + berichten

Hallo,

Ik heb een Acer DX900 met wm 6.1, tot gisteren werkte alles goed...ik kreeg een spontane reboot waarna ik niet meer bij mijn berichten en email kan komen! als ik via start naar berichten gaan reageerd de telefoon hier niet op en van mijn 'buroblad' is dit menu verdwenen zelfs...heb het al een aantal keer opnieuw aangezet maar het komt niet terug.

Heb ook al meerdere keren opniew opgestart maar heeft nog geen effect gehad.

Als ik het toestel aande pc hang en Activesync zijn werk laat doen krijg ik een melding dat ik alle syncrelaties opnieuw moet instellen, paar keer gedaan maar veranderdt ook niets...hij geeft daarbij ondersteuningscode 8004005 aan, ff gegoogled maar niet wijzer geworden!

Iemand een idee?

Okay, I've finally found an answer for this problem. There is a bug with storing attachments to e-mails on the storage card. To fix the problem, go to the Storage Card in file explorer, and delete the folder with "inbox" in the name. (Mine was called InboxXXXXXXX, where the X's were a string of numbers.) As soon as you delete that folder, your access to messaging will be restored, but you need to immediately turn off the option to store attachments to the storage card. So, go to the main messaging screen, click on Menu/Options, and go to the Storage tab. Uncheck the "When available, use this storage card to store attachments" option. Then do a soft reset, and everything should be fine again.

I don't know if the bug is with HTC or Sprint, and I don't know why they haven't fixed it, but at least the above corrects the problem for now.
