[MAIL] HTTP hotmail plugin werkt niet meer, andere optie's?

Sinds gisteren werkt mijn HTTP mail (hotmail) plugin niet meer in Mail. Dit is door een wijziging van Microsoft software oid.

Krijg nu de volgende melding: Kon geen verbinding krijgen met 'httpmail-account' Forbidden


Als ik naar de site ga, krijg ik bevestiging;

The HTTPMail plugin was a plugin for the standard Apple Mail application that provided access to any web based mail that supports the HTTPMail protocol. The plugin has been withdrawn due to the fact the Microsoft is discontinuing the HTTPMail protocol on September 1st 2009.

Efforts are still underway to decode the new Windows Live Mail protocols, but progress is slow due to lack of time to devote to the project.

The HTTPMail plugin was open sourced and is available for download from Sourceforge or github.

en kopie op de server achterlaten als je met verschillende pc's synchroniseert

Het werkt!

Ongelovelijk dat het nu weer zo simpel is. Ben er weet ik hoe lang mee bezig geweest om een andere plugin te vinden.. Volgende keer maar wat sneller een vraag stellen!

Sinds maart ofzo kun je al gewoon connecten naar Hotmail met POP3

Scheelt inderdaad weer rare plugins.
