Hallo hallo _/-\o_

Ik heb dit bericht ergens op een engels forum gepost maar dat schiet niet echt op, ik hoop hier op wat meer succes.. maar vandaar dat het bericht in het engels is..

Hello!

A long text coming up, but I thought it was better to explain the whole story and every step I went trough..

Since yesterday several problems hit my computer. It all started with the welcome screen: when i logged on it instantly started logging off after showing the desktop for one second.

I fixed this using a non destructive system recovery (to keep the files in tact).
After that, the computer was working again, but everytime i wanted to shut down some strange error appeared scanning and telling me that the user profile space was exeeded or something. Later on I fixed that using a registry file found on some forum, it was something like disableuserprofilelimit.reg
Now the computer is working again, BUT I still can't drag/drop/copy/paste files or text! Neither with the mouse or the hotkeys CTRL C and V etc. And also, the startup/shutdown time is about 4 times longer then normal.. Even in the windows safe mode! AND when I minimize a window it won't appear on the windows taskbar so I have to use ALT+TAB everytime....

The first thing I did was using cccleaner and regcleaner, then lavasoft ad-aware and then a system scan with nod32, found nothing. At some forum i figured the blaster worm might cause the problem but the removal tool for this did not find anything..

At some forum someone said Internet Explorer 7 might cause this problem, since some .dll files are conflicting since the recovery. BUT SINCE I CANT COPY PASTE I CANT REPLACE THIS FILES!! very annoying! I tried installing IE8, didn't work (some error) Installing IE7 keeps stuck at "updating" during installation. So I thought uninstalling IE7 might do the trick but this does'nt work either (I tried software removal from windows, cccleaner and the %windir%\IE7\Spuninst\spuninst.exe) everytime when the uninistalling screen from explorer appears there are 5 steps but it keeps stuck at the first step: checking recent configurations.

I AM COMPLETELY STUCK!!
Since I cant move or copy files I can't backup my files so a "destructive" system recovery is not an option until I can copy/paste/drag again!

Also, I found some solutions on the internet that only replacing some .dll files would fix it.. but I don't know how to do that when drag/drop/copy/paste isn't working!!

I also don't have a cd of MS XP because it is part of the system recovery! (a lot of solutions I found on forums required a XP disc)

Please help me!!
I'm from the Netherlands so my english might be a little different
