Error 205 tijdens installatie VMM2008

Ik krijg tijdens installatie van VMM2008 x64 de volgende error:

System Center Virtual Machine Manager was not installed successfully. Review the error log information and then try running Setup again.
ID: 205. Details: Fatal error during installation

Via Google merk ik dat het zou kunnen zitten in DNS. Ik zie daarin echter niets vreemds.

Het is voor een demo (studie & testen), dus het gaat om een laptop. Deze draait Server 2008 Ent x64 en is DC, IIS (voor Wsus), RRAS (voor Hyper-V), Hyper-V en DNS server. Als SQL-server draait 2008 Ent. (+management console, was ook een Google tip).

Verbinding maak ik via wireless. Het is een statisch IP adres, met 127.0.0.1 als primaire DNS server. Pingen vanuit de dosprompt op DNS naam gaat goed. In DNS zijn de A+PTR records ook aanwezig.

PS. Ja ik heb legale sleutels + installaties (MSDN).

In het eventlog zelf staat niets met betrekking tot de installatie.

Wat is je domain-level? VMM2008 heeft minimaal 2003 native nodig.

2008, omdat ik slechts een enkele 2008 server heb momenteel die als DC draait. Ik vond de volgende mogelijk oplossing nog via Google:Alleen de submap "adminscripts" is bij mij niet aanwezig.

2. Type the following command to disable the 32-bit mode: cscript

Hij gaat nu verder met de installatie, ik heb een rename gedaan van de server (de naam was 16 karakters), naar Srv2008. Vervolgens AD + DNS nagekeken en alles aangepast. Nu doorloopt die de installatie volgens mij goed.

Zal edit doen als dit de oplossing is (misschien gerelateerd aan de netbios naam, die maar 15 karakters mag hebben?).
