In Picasa 3.1 build 71.43 zijn de volgende verbeteringen doorgevoerd:

* Increased video upload limit from Picasa for Mac to Picasa Web Albums to 1 GB in filesize, but unlimited in length of duration (in minutes/seconds).

De juiste changelog is echter:

* Fixed an issue affecting the layout of Mosaic-style collages.
