[Vista] Cannot Rename folders*

I have the following problem

I cannot rename folders on my local computer.
I have installed Windows Vista SP1 with all updates
The computer joins a domain.

I found a lot of solutions on the internet.

a windows KB update de vista folder fix register update (FD32.reg)
All this solutions does not work

Anyone have a solutions to this problem

Waarschijnlijk zijn registry keys beschadigd:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\FolderDescriptions

Kun je die keys eens bekijken?

Verder, hebben alle domain users dit op deze machine of alleen jij? Welke rechten heb jij op deze machine?
