Routing? probleem tussen via VPN verbonden RRAS servers

Situatie :
Server 1 geconfigureerd als router met RRAS
Server 2 geconfigureerd als router met RRAS
Tussen de twee servers ligt een windows pptp tunnel.

Beide servers kunnen elkaar wel pingen op hun LAN adres.

Op server 1 draait windows 2008 server.
Op server 2 draait windows 2003 server.

Net opgemerkt dat ik van op server 1 wel een client die achter server 2 zit kan pingen.

Ipconfig server 1:
LAN : 192.168.4.201
Ipconfig server 2 :
LAN : 172.16.25.1

Van op server 1 naar de client die achter server 2 zit :
