[WSUS] XP SP3

[Verwijderd]

XP SP3 wordt sinds een week uitgerold via WSUS naar clients binnen het netwerk.
Echter installeerd het Service Pack niet bij het grootste gedeelte van de clients.

De volgende foutmelding komt terug:

3.281: Service Pack 3 Setup has been canceled because XP SP3 cannot be installed over RDP 6.0 MUI PACK (Update for Windows XP (KB925877)) . Before you can continue, you must Uninstall KB925877.

Een KB items van Microsoft bevestigd dat: Windows XP Service Pack 3 installation fails with an error message, and the following error is logged in the service pack installation log: "8007F0F4 - STATUS_PREREQUISITE_FAILED"

Lijkt vrij voor de hand te liggen.
Ware het niet dat deze update in WSUS wordt aangegeven met status "This update does not support removal".

Wat nu....?
(Google geeft overigens genoeg resultaten waarbij hetzelfde probleem wordt aangekaart, doch zonder oplossing).
